Tryouts for several younger age groups are just days away...

I'm hearing about A LOT of movement amongst 2007G teams (favoring ECNL clubs). Some teams will completely reshuffle and feature a different roster next Fall.

The next few weeks should be interesting.

I suspect the amount of movement will be a lot less than people think. 1 day or 2 day tryout is not enough to evaluate players, especially for high-level players.
The movement will be at the very top (already well-known players) and at the bottom (players can be put into any team and parents wouldn't know the difference).

The current NorCal rule makes it difficult for players who want to try out for a higher level team.
Just requiring players to finish out the season would have been sufficient.

I think the clubs themselves will ask for tryout rule changes due to the falling tryout numbers.
